Overview
K19S compacted steel wire rope is supplied when the buyer or equipment specification explicitly calls for the K19S construction. The compacted geometry is not a generic replacement for another rope design. Confirm nominal diameter, core, tensile grade, surface, lay direction, minimum breaking force basis, reel length, sheave and drum context, and certificate scope before quotation. Send the complete order designation, dimensions, quantity, inspection requirements, packing method, and destination port. The quotation can then address availability, production timing, EN 10204 3.1 documentation, inspection options, export packing, and delivery terms for the requested specification.
